Investment & Philosophy

TWOC is committed to offering support that is accessible, transparent, and grounded in real life. We use a trust-based sliding scale to create multiple access points while sustaining this work. You are invited to choose the rate that best reflects your current financial reality, with no proof of income or financial hardship required. This model is built on honesty, trust, and a shared commitment to making this work both accessible and sustainable, while recognizing that people show up with very different relationships to money, stability, and resources.

Do you accept insurance?

No. TWOC provides non-clinical services, which are not eligible for insurance coverage.

Insurance is designed for medical and clinical care, which requires diagnosis and treatment. TWOC operates outside of that model, offering skill-based, relational support that is grounded in real-life application rather than medical necessity.

Choosing Your Rate

We use a trust-based sliding scale, known as the Green Bottle Method, to create multiple access points for support. We believe this model recognizes that people have different relationships to money, stability, and access, and that cost should not be the only factor determining who gets support.

There is no proof or documentation required. We trust you to choose the tier that best reflects your current financial reality. This model is grounded in honesty, accountability, and community care.

If paying for services would require adjustment but not harm your ability to meet basic needs, you may be in a place of sacrifice. If paying would impact your ability to meet needs like housing, food, healthcare, or transportation, that is hardship, and lower-cost options are there to support access. Higher tiers reflect the true cost of services and help sustain this work, while also making lower-cost options possible for others.

Rates

  • Bottle 1 (Sustaining Rate): $150/hour

  • Bottle 2 (Standard Rate): $100/hour

  • Bottle 3 (Access Rate): $50/hour

Meetings, workshops, and paid consultations are typically one hour in length. Selected rates are expected to remain consistent and may be adjusted by mutual agreement in advance.

For businesses or organizations, project-based or flat rates are available upon request.

Access & Availability

Please let me know which bottle feels most aligned when you reach out.

Bottle 2 and Bottle 3 spots are limited to ensure this model remains sustainable.

If cost feels like a barrier, I still encourage you to reach out. A limited number of reduced-cost and no-cost options may be available based on capacity.

Barter & Alternative Payment

We recognize that money is not the only way value can be exchanged. In some cases, we may be open to bartering or alternative forms of payment. If this feels relevant, you’re welcome to reach out to explore whether a mutually supportive and sustainable arrangement may be possible. All alternative payment agreements are discussed in advance.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed sessions, are subject to a fee equal to the selected session rate.

Rescheduled sessions are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

Full details are outlined in the Financial Agreement provided prior to beginning services.
